Ryky x Joey Mantia 120mm Petty

Made by custom knife maker Sabol Brothers (Andy and Michael) in Kosice, Slovakia, these knives are designed by Ryky in celebration of American Olympic medalist Joey Mantia. Using N690 stainless steel and monosteel construction, these knives are handmade by Sabol Brothers with incredible level of fit and finish. The polish of the spine and choil are almost jewellery like. Fitted with a custom designed handle by Ryky in collaboration with Sabol Brothers to celebrate Joey Mantia's 1st Olympic medal win at Winter Olympic 2022.

Andy and Michael, known as Sabol Brothers, are custom knife makers from Kosice Slovakia. They started making knives in 2015 and have made knives to customers' spec with superb finishing details.

Cutting Surface:

Recommended cutting surface: wood, rubberized boards and high-end composites, and quality plastics such as polyethene make acceptable cutting surfaces, and will help protect and prolong knife’s edge. AVOID glass, metal, countertops, and other rigid, non-forgiving surfaces.
